Bhagavad Gita 10.39
यच्चापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन | न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम् ||
yac cāpi sarva-bhūtānāṁ bījaṁ tad aham arjuna | na tad asti vinā yat syān mayā bhūtaṁ carācaram ||
Translation
Whatever is the seed of all beings, that I am, O Arjuna. There is no being, moving or unmoving, that could exist without me.

The catalogue starts to close. Whatever is the seed of all beings, Krishna is. No being, moving or unmoving, can exist apart from Him. The verse pulls the long list back into the single claim that has organised it. The seed inside every form is His. Bijam, seed, is the careful word. The vibhuti is not an attribute attached to a being from outside. It is the source out of which the being is unfolding from the inside. The verse will be a relief to the reader who has been keeping pace with the catalogue and is ready for the principle behind it to be restated. The next verse will note the limit of even this restatement. The list has been representative; the principle is now confirmed; the next verse will guard the work against being misunderstood.
